The Customer must provide the contact details of the carrier and bear all costs.


The transfer of risk-taking place from the warehouse or store, the company CHIC ET JEUNE declines any responsibility since it has delivered the goods to the customer or carrier chosen by the Customer at the time of its order.


At the time of entering his order, the Customer chooses the delivery method proposed on the merchant site according to the place of delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated approximately according to the volumetric weight of the order and the delivery service chosen.


When a parcel leaves the warehouses of CHIC ET JEUNE to be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order, the latter receives electronically from the site a confirmation of dispatch on which is indicated the number of its package.

The customer can follow the progress of the processing of his order by going, with his tracking number, on the websites of the carrier.


It is the customer's responsibility to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints which appear justified or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it has obvious traces of deterioration.


Such reservations and claims must be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, excluding holidays, following delivery of the products; A copy will be sent immediately to the company CHIC ET JEUNE. Failure to file a complaint within such time limits will render any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code.


The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order.

In the event of items that do not comply with the order (that is to say wrong item or wrong color) or that a product is defective, we give you a period of 72 hours from receipt of the package to contact us by mail, telephone with photos of the product.

Return costs will be borne by the customer. 

No item will be returned or exchanged for any other reason. 

In order to follow your order, we send you an email at the time of the departure of the product of our warehouse. The transfer of risk takes place at the departure of the said warehouse.


The mentioned deadlines are given to us by the carriers, which explains why the company CHIC ET JEUNE can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery or a loss of parcels of the latter. In case of non-receipt of a package within the stated times, by contacting us by the form present in the customer account, we will be able to inform you of the progress of your order by requesting an investigation to the carrier Responsible for delivery.


The carrier itself determines the duration of the loss investigation.


The compensation for loss or damage is set according to the carriers.
